We have one of the strongest covenants in the marketplace and a strong track record of working in partnership with agents, developers and landlords to open new stores. We are actively pursuing new sites to expand our store portfolio across the UK and will consider all types of properties and locations.

Our requirements

We are flexible on size as long as the location is right, but as a guide:

  • Visible and accessible
  • 1,500 - 9,500 sq ft gross
  • Backup and sales can be split over two floors
  • Minimum of 2,000 sq ft at ground floor
  • Parking not essential
  • Leasehold or Freehold

All types of properties/land considered:

  • Existing business units
  • New and mixed use developments
  • Pub conversions
  • Redevelopments
  • PFS site
  • Greenfield locations

All types of locations are considered:

  • On prime pitch/strong adjacencies
  • Busy urban high streets
  • Neighbourhood or local centres with good residential catchments
  • Emerging housing developments
  • Main roads
  • Out facing shopping centres
  • Close to transport hubs
